# 7Seas I have not been able to log in for 2 days

It happened to me before I cleared the cache and cookies, and it loaded fine afterward.  
I hope that helps you. If not, try logging in via mobile to see if you still have the same issue.  
If you’re only using a PC, try changing the browser or use incognito mode.

does clearing all the cache and cookies remove everything on my computer

Hey! Don’t worry, clearing your cache and cookies only gets rid of some temporary data that your browser saves.
