IF you go to your crew room and go to events , you will find it there. you might have to reboot for it to come up.. where the top 5 list is, there is a scroll area to the right of that.. I have chatted with my 2nd in command, and we both agree to discuss players that may not be contributing at all before we remove. We do theme costumes, and see who participates. we all Chat in crew room a lot, and look to see who is there as well, commenting. We have thrown parties in our crew room as well. Some are stronger at coins then they are parties and vice versa.. Also we have different ages here, so some still work FT. or like me the parties started Sunday, and i was at work 8am to 430pm. came home and napped. (worked 730am to 10pm saturday).. so we will decide as a team if someone is NOT contributing at all. 🙂 ---

I have someone with a 0 score how can they have a zero score ugh ---

that’s part of the reason why the scroll was so important. If it happens repeatedly you can remove and add someone new. A low score is one thing, but a zero they aren’t even attempting to try to help unless they were away or something. ---

oh already removed and replaced thats an insult to all the crew that are trying. ---

speak with them privately.. give it a few days, but before you release them, find someone to take their place.
