how to change hair color

hello.. this is able to be done by going to your profile and click on change avatar to go into closet, select hair styes, and click on the color wheel at top left corner of your avitar current look picture… it brings up ability to change skin tone, eye color, and hair color.. have fun
the color to the left is your skin color, top is hair, right side of the circle is eyes. Hope this helps.
