is website down I can’t renew my vip nor can I purchase gems it say contact techical support where and how

i got message @Sleepwalker03 at like 3am the 1st of the month, saying my VIP didnt go thru, and i know there is money in my acct. so i was baffled, but then later that day it went thru..
