# lost maximum bet at casino

screen went black. Lost my maximum 10 million bet. Why does this happen.  
How can I get my bet restored to my account.

I rarely get disconnected if ever, maybe because I downloaded the app on my PC instead of using a browser.

As soon as that happens grab a screenshot then use the Help page and report what you were doing before it happened and what happened after. They can check your account activity and make an adjustment if you lost coins.
