Your game misreads my bets. I place a “straight up” bet.

Then I place another bet that references that bet like split, square, street, etc. and your board changes my Straight up bet (or ignores it)

I have lost billions

use a submit a request button, at top right, and an employee will answer you directly and not on the open forum.
