When can I start whisper contact with my friends? ---

Anytime you are online. I keep myself incognito, most of the time.. but if someone sees me in a game/party/port/deck, etc they can whisper me. or if you are not incognito, go to the 3rd tab on the left side, and if you see a friend online , click on their pic and select whisper. I have mine set to ONLY friends can whisper me. ---

I cant whisper to friends. Why? ---
