I was wondering what is the best use of the fishing chips. Should I upgrade a bunch of less expensive fish to higher levels, or should I upgrade a few of the more expensive fish? Wasn’t sure if it matters in the whole scheme of things. Thanks for any input!
@Theresa_Hill2 I save all the ones i earn, up til i reach 100,000.. Then i go to settings and pick the order so it shows legendary 1st, then rare.. i usually pick some of those to upgrade.
How long to get that many though. I basically upgrade level 1 when I can, though I occasionally upgrade other levels too.
about 3 months of me just earning them from daily check in, and challenges…
I couldn’t resist the urge to use them over that much time, especially with the fish that need 75000 to advance to level 2.
I’m not a VIP, so I don’t get very many each month. It would take me years to get that many fishing chips, lol!
its worth it to get vip, just beause of the over 1100 free gems i will get this month..
If they had VIP for life like they do on Casino World I would, but for now I’ll just take it slow and steady ![]()
yes i am only a visitor to CW but we have been asking for lifetime VIP here, to no avail.
I’m sure it sounds good to get the bigger fish to perform at a great pay out, however, the length of time it takes to get the chips, are the amount of time they are not being used. That could be something to consider.
i just got a NEW fish a few minute ago from the aquarium. finally!!!
I think for best coin collection purposes, it’s better to keep raising the less expensive fish as you go along than to hoard chips to upgrade the higher legendary and rare fish. It would take months to get 75,000 chips.
I don’t get it really. I’ve been playing for over a year and have leveled up a couple of times with the lower level fish but I really have been saving my chips. But I look at some to get to the 2nd level tales 15,000 chips? that would wipe out everything to level one fish? Where do you get so many fishing chips? do you have to be a monthly member? I usually just buy gems?
There appears to be no logic to the payout value of a fish relative to it’s classification as Legendary, Rare, Uncommon, or Common. The more it costs to level a fish up, the better it will payout. The level up cost and payout amount depends on the individual fish, not it’s classification.
The three most expensive fish I have to level up each require 56,250 fishing chips. One is a Legendary which will upgrade to Level 5, and the other two are Uncommons that will upgrade to Level 2, even though their level ups all cost the same. So if I ever got that many chips I would upgrade the Uncommon ones first since they will payout more than the Legendary one. I have a Rare fish that requires only 18,000 chips to upgrade to Level 16, so even though it’s “Rare” it’s payout value is considerably less than the two most expensive Uncommon ones at much lower levels.
I try to level up most of my fish immediately as soon as I get enough XPs, if I have enough Fish Chips, combination of Fish Chips and gems, or just gems, and the level up isn’t too expensive. Every time you level up a fish, even if it’s payout isn’t very high, adds to your daily Aquarium coin collection amount. That’s how you grow your coin income, by leveling up consistently as much as you’re able to, even in small amounts. Saving fish chips is like putting your money under the mattress instead of in an investment that will make you more money. Unlike the Stock Market, your fish will always retain their value and continue to increase your payout the higher you level them up.
Thank you That helps me understand it much better. I will stop hoarding my chips and spend what I have.. I was thinking there was a way to earn more fishing chips. It will take me 3 years to save enough to level up a 35,000 chip fish.
how do you use them???
@momma71 you use the fishing chips to upgrade the fish you get from fishing that are in your aquarium.
its worth it to pay the 19.99 a month vip. try it one month for free. you get the pet, avatar and fish tokens, gems..
Some of the legendary ones take 75,000 to go to level 2.
