What’s happening when you try to play 7 Seas?

Hello everyone. I am not active on 7 Seas, but I wanted to drop this here because it is the exact same issue we are seeing on Casino World (since they share the same backend).

The problem is a broken Single Sign-On (SSO) handshake that creates an infinite login loop. The guide below contains specific instructions on how to clear the conflicting cookies to fix it:

I can’t get in either, sent them msg I can’t even bring up the log in board
