how do i delete people from friends list

as far as i know there are two ways to remove friends.
- one go to your friends list, find your friend, click the top left hand corner of their profile then scroll to the bottom of your friends list and click remove
- or secondly simply go to their profile click the more tab, then scroll down and click remove friend
