I had Pets with my old Avatar, is there anyway to have them sent to my new avatar? Some of I did pay for, thank you for any help you may give me.

We are not able to transfer items between accounts. You’ll need to click the “Submit a request” option at the top of the screen, and our Customer Service team can assist you with account recovery.
