We arrive on the island and have to wait 6 days to get a prize from the volcano? Ridiculous! I get my prize from the volcano today and it says to come back the next time on the island and there are 3 days left. So one little prize for 8 to 9 days on an island? Even more Ridiculous! This is exactly why I dropped my VIP status and went to Tourist. Why pay $19.99 a month for VIP status and get very little for it?

i thought it was odd as well to have it go off only once and yippee i got gawdy sunglasses that i wont wear cluttering the closet, im not ungratefull but building the suspense of the volcano and receive barely anything muchly disappointed

I was so disappointed - only one gift from the volcano and it was a straw hat. If I want clothing, I’ll use my avatar coins. It should give gems, charms or PP’s. Bummer 
we fight for those straw hats.. hahahahi like getting free inventory .. i have 2 of the straw hats and 1 pair of shades.. This time i got 100 gems !!!

I’m even more disappointed than you , I waited 6 days and got a popcorn lol. It’s ridiculous to only get one try for the free prize during an 8 or 9 day visit!

I’ll throw my two-cents into the mix, as well. Yes, only one time did we get a gift during this “stay.” The saddest part of it, in my opinion, is that it doesn’t cost Flowplay one single penny to give us the items from the Ports. We should get at least one each day. FLOWPLAY – just to toss this out to you – I have always given “Thank You” gifts to my customers as a way to show my appreciation for their business. Those gifts were material items, products that actually cost me money. The things we get in Ports, like from the Hawaii Volcano, require no monetary investment. Your customers on this Site constantly complain about how “cheap” you are. I believe this is one of the reasons.

The volcano has been set to only give one gift after being in Hawaii for 6 days for the last three times we’ve visited there. @Boom_Boom I remember you posting about it, the first time it said to come back in six days. I did get 20 gems from the volcano this time which is a first, but even so I still don’t think it’s right to have to wait 6 days and only get one prize for the whole time we’re in this port.
Also, I never spend any of my starfish in Hawaii. The coconut tree never gives anything but coconut drinks, and the the turtle mostly gives spiral shells, and only once in awhile a poke bowl or prismatic shell. I’ve never gotten any Fishin’ Chips from either one.

MrsPuff55 that is worse than my gift of a surfboard! Reading the comments on here is exactly why i changed my status to Tourist. I will NOT pay a monthly fee to a company that is so “cheap”. To me it doesn’t seem that FLOWPLAY appreciates us giving them our hard-earned money and gives nothing in return!!
I got to use the volcano & I won a bag of green gems! I was thrilled BUT never got them!
I also got a popcorn charm, cheap.

Exactly. That was a real bummer. One crummy charm. Such a huge disappointment.
