Use the Submit a request at the top right corner next to the magnify glass and your id.. you will send site the help request and they will send you an email to your home email that you signed up with.. one will say they received your request and that they will respond later.. then they will send you an answer..

they are already determined BEFORE you even play.. so maybe you didnt see them get added. i would use the submit a request button top right , that goes to employees only, and they will answer you directly.
