yes, there are 4 dragons you can win.. green/purple/blue and a black/red one.. if you go to a party and you already won lets say the green one, if others get it, you will know, they will say they got it, but you will get a charm or gems.. you can win each color one time.. go to blitz parties that are higher then 100 gems/passes.
