My bank account changed numbers and now I can’t buy the VIP or put it on auto ay again.
It tells me to Contact & Seas??!!!
hello…welcome to help forum..so look at top right screen and click on the Submit a request.. send your situation to site for assistance.. they will get back to you at your regular email that you signed up under.. if you do not get a notice that they received the request for help and will respond be sure to check your junk folder..
you would have to go in and change your settings on what number to use o charge to now.. 7 seas couldnt do that without you sending them the info.
I was able to purchase my VIP on my phone. But My Desktop won’t allow me to enter any form of payment on file.
i would use the submit a request button, at top right, so it only goes to employees who can then help you.
