The prize levels for crown rewards needs to be upgraded. It`s a insult to long time players who have spent a lot of time and energy to get to these levels. I and others get better perks when we fly into Vegas and stay at some of the various places around town. Good Lord, take care of your long-time players. It`s good for business it inspires the other players to reach these levels and to stick around so we can be just one big happy family.

Well said Groot. We work so hard to get to Crown , thinking it’s gonna be some great achievement with big rewards and instead it’s such a big dissapointment. We spend so much time and effort trying to get to each new level , each time saying to ourselves “ok this mystery box is gonna be something good this time” lmao instead each one is just as or more dissapointing then the previous. Don’t get me wrong there’s a few satisfying boxes but they are very few and far between. Once you hit crowns you should be getting GEMS in every box ! NOT a charm or a measly amount of fish chips. I don’t mind getting fish chips but geez give us enough to upgrade a high end fish at least! On the MS levels you would often get 3 prizes each level , why only 1 on crown ? If you’re not gonna upgrade the prizes , please do us a favor and reveal what we are gonna get when we reach each crown so we know what to expect lol. It’s so frustrating when you go to open your present all excited about what prize you hope to get and it’s a complete let down.

I agree with you both whole heartedly. I just got crown 75 and again a slap in the face 1.4 fish chips. REALLY??? the money that is spent to get to that buying gems and getting charms to end up with that . I agree Groot they need to pay better attention to the long time regulars. I just hit 5 years here and got 500 gems lol REALLY ??? they sure don’t put anything great out for what they pull in And by the way that was the 4th in a row I got fish chips in crowns. So Very disappointing
