I clicked on the brown balloon box last night, it said 23 minutes and after I clicked on it the time showed 1 hour and 23 minutes I refreshed a few times to see if it would correct the wait time and it didn’t help. I had to wait 1 hour and 23 minutes to open it. Let me know if this happened to any of you too.

i havent had that, but my lag is having the box pop up before the balloon… like a slow lag…

Yes the same thing happened,yesterday 3rd Nov.Had to wait the full 2 hours,the shorter time was used.
Hasn’t happened to me either. 
It sounds like this was due to Daylight Savings Time.
