A friend made a female avatar just for fun i have no idea but now he wants to go back to being a male,How can this be done so i can help him with it please much appreciate it

He just has to go to FACES , go to the mens, and change their face. i bought one mens halloween outfit, so i had to go change my face to a mans face, go to the the deck shoppe, (mens face on a female body haha) and i could see the mens clothes, buy what i want, then go back to my face. Hope that helps!!!
