All i see is a blank box. This just happened today after a inventory purchase of a new item. About an hour ago. reload and cache clean fail to fix problem.
Today, Wednesday, August 5, is the second day I have encountered the same blank screen.
When I am going to leave a Party, Game, etc., I click my Name in the Room List to open my Profile so I click “Cabin” to exit.
But I see this same blank screen, so I am using other methods to exit.
It is not all of the time, but it has been happening fairly frequently both yesterday and today.
today i hade 14000 as well as 5000 computer went off how do i get my points back
We would first recommend doing the troubleshooting steps here:
@marlene_marcelle if you comp freezes in the middle of the game, you still get the points… you would have to send a request directly to corporate, by using the submit a request button, at top right.. make sure your charms arent set on auto as well.
