I tried 3 times to earn my 1000 gems by playing 1000 Caohs spins and 3 times it came up “Something went wrong”. Tired of wasting my day trying to get my 1000 gems. Please consider crediting to my gem total the 1,000 gems I tried to win.

@Sniglet first of all, welcome to the 7seas forum, run by all of us players and also the staff.
Secondly, you do not automatically earn 1,000 gems for doing the spins, you have to do 1,000 spins today of that slot, does not have to be consecutive, (ive been running mine on auto for 3 hours, on the lowest bet).. just because i had errands to run. so im way past 2500 by now .. Once you do 1,000, you will get a notification on the game itself, in your inbox, letting you know, you qualified. In a few days they will do a drawing of sorts, and if you are a winner, you will be notified. they usually send everyone a message in their inbox, a list of the winners names. Hope this helps.
