If you got in your spins, and reset after 10:30 pst, you will not get mail. only those that haven’t gotten all the spins in will get mail

There was an issue with the mails going out. If you hit 1,000+ already, you got entered, but won’t get notified. If you refresh the game page after 10 AM PST and haven’t hit 1,000+ already, you’ll get notified when you do.
