Numerous times the games freeze up and I end up losing my coin with no refund, also it’s been freezing up during charm parties and I lose my gems as well as my charms. I have contacted regional support to no avail. I visit 7 seas to have fun and relax, but I am unable to do neither. Sad really

I was just about to end my Osiris level at 9:11 AM EST on 11/18/2025, when I received the error message “Sorry …” Normally I receive a refund, but not in this case. Just wanted to let the programmers know. Have a nice day!

I have also found the same problem
same problem and have done all the updates, also i have been froze just almost at the end of Lilly Pond Solitaire and loose all my coins i play for 10 mil frustrating
