Hard Rock World Tour Migration to 7 Seas Casino FAQ

  1. Why is Hard Rock World Tour going away?
  • As many of you may already know, “Hard Rock” is a super cool brand! Unfortunately, it is a brand we no longer have a licensing deal with. Our partnership will come to a close at the end of April, which means we’re no longer able to support this collaborative game. We’ll be migrating all existing players over to our other title: 7 Seas Casino.
  1. What is 7Seas Casino?
  • 7seas is a free-to-play web and mobile game, developed and supported by us, very similar to what you’ve come to know with Hard Rock World Tour. Did you know Hard Rock is actually a licensed version of 7seas? They’re basically twins!
  1. How do I move my account to 7Seas Casino?
  • At the end of March we will provide players with the option to migrate their Hard Rock accounts over to 7Seas. This option will appear as a pop-up and may be revisited through a similar ‘What’s Hot’ tile on your dashboard. The offer will be persistent throughout the entire month of April.
  1. When is Hard Rock World Tour going away?
  • We will suspend support for the mobile versions of Hard Rock on March 3rd, 2025. The web version will remain available through the end of April, 2025.
  1. What happens if I don’t opt-in to move over at the end of March?
  • All remaining Hard Rock accounts will be migrated to 7seas at the end of April, unless they opt to move earlier in the month on their own.
  1. I’m a mobile-only player, the app isn’t available for me to migrate. What should I do?
  • We suggest accessing your account on the web for the time being.

If you do not have access to the web (can only play on an app) you may:

  • Reach out to our customer support here with the subject “Mobile Migration Help” and we will walk you through it when early migration becomes available at the end of March.
  • Wait till May 1st, 2025 – by this time, accounts will have migrated over to 7seas automatically and your account may be accessed via the 7seascasino app on Google Play and Apple Store

We know this may come as a bit of an inconvenience and do apologize and greatly appreciate your patience during this transition.

  1. I’m a mobile player, what will happen to my VIP subscription once the app is gone?
  • Our removal of the apps from Google Play and Apple stores will effectively end your VIP subscription billing. This means that you will retain your membership through the remainder of your paid month, but that you will not be charged on the expected renewal date. Once your account has migrated over to 7seas, you’ll be able to resubscribe, in that world, for the same cost and with the same perks.
  1. I received a message asking me to change my login email address. Why do I need to change my login email?
  • No two accounts may share the same login email address in a game world. Once our player migration from Hard Rock to 7Seas is complete, we’ll all be sharing the same game! If you received a message asking you to change your login, it is because we recognize that address is already in-use over on 7Seas Casino.
  1. What happens if I ignore the request to change my login email?
  • If you do not change your email address via the message going out after 3/18 or otherwise by reaching out to customer service for help – expect your email to automatically be altered for you at the time of migration. This may look like “myemail+hrwt@email.com” Vs. “myemail@email.com”
  1. I know that I have an account in both SC and HW that use the same login email but I didn’t get a message asking me to change it. Should I be worried?
  • The message will be sent after 3/18 and go to your verified email, for some players, this is different from what you use to log in. **You are able to check this yourself by looking in your in-game ‘Settings’ panel.

The message will be titled “Request to Update Your Login Email” and come from hardrockworldtour@hardrockworldtour.com. Please check your spam folder. If you still can’t find the message, reach out to customer service and we’d be happy to help – nothing to worry about. :wink:

  1. Can I combine my 7Seas Casino and Hard Rock World Tour accounts, if I already have a character in each world?
  • Unfortunately no, we cannot smush two accounts into one, even if you already have a saved character in both games. After the migration, you will have two separate accounts with separate logins.
  1. What will happen to my accumulated currencies? Such as: Gem, Charm, Coin, Avatar Credit, Starfish, Seahorse, Fishin’ Chips, Sea of Riches Spins or Party Pass’?
  • Nothing will happen to any of your earned currencies. Everything is coming with you! They’ll be waiting for you, same as ever, when your account lands in 7Seas.
  1. What will happen to my Milestones?
  • Nothing! All of your earned Milestone Levels will remain. You may even unlock a few more after landing in 7Seas, since that game supports even more awesome levels and prizes.
  1. What happens to my Season Challenges points?
  • Nothing will change with your Season Pass. Any challenges you complete before migrating to 7Seas will still count for the given month. Your vault prizes will remain. If you started a challenge or unlocked a reward but didn’t get the chance to finish it or claim that prize – they’ll all be waiting for you in 7Seas.
  1. What happens to my VIP membership?
  • 7seas Casino is a different game than Hard Rock World Tour. For players with active subscriptions: your VIP status will follow you over to 7seas, however, your billing will end (will not renew) since you have not subscribed to a membership package in that game world.

  • For example: if your VIP renews on April 1st in Hard Rock and you migrate to 7seas on April 7th, you will stay a VIP through the month of April within 7seas. On May 1st, you will not be billed and that VIP will end. You’ll need to resub in the payment center.

  1. What happens to my Hard Rock Unity rewards?
  • You won’t lose anything and may continue to earn points on purchases made in Hard Rock up till your migration. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide a direct link to your Unity rewards in 7seas as was done in Hard Rock. You may access your account with all of its earned points directly from: https://unity.hardrock.com/
  1. What about my Friends?
  • They’re coming with you! Don’t be scared if your Friends list looks empty when you land in 7seas; as your friends migrate over, they’ll repopulate in the list. To avoid potential confusion, encourage everyone to join you ASAP! :wink:
  1. Is anything going to change on my Profile?
  • Not a thing! It may look bare when you land in 7Seas, but like your Friends list, any comments or gifts left by your loved ones will repopulate as they migrate too.
  1. What will happen to my Inbox messages?
  • They’re still sitting in your Inbox. You may even want to check for a few new ones, as we look forward to welcoming you to 7Seas with a prize or two…
  1. How do I log in if I forgot my email address?
  • Players that have trouble logging in may do so using the same tools as they’d be used to: “I forgot my email” recovery on the landing page for 7Seascasino OR ‘Magic Link’ recovery, which is also found on our initial landing page.

As long as you recall your avatar name, we’ll be able to help. In the event that you do not recall your name, please reach out to our customer service for assistance.

  1. Why isn’t my email address working to log in 7Seas Casino?
  • If you are attempting to login before April 28th, please make sure you have successfully migrated your account from Hard Rock before using the 7Seas homepage. You can migrate your account early starting on April 2nd, through the pop-up dialog or What’s Hot tile on the games dashboard.

  • If you have migrated your account and are still having trouble, please consider “do I already have an account in 7Seas with this same login email?” – revisit #8, #9 and #10 of this FAQ for more info.

  1. If I start a party in Hard Rock before moving to 7Seas Casino, what happens to it?
  • The party continues! You will still be able to see your party on the party board, as will your friends in Hard Rock. To party with your new friends in 7Seas Casino, be sure to host more once you touch down.
  1. What does 7Seas Casino have that Hard Rock World Tour doesn’t?
  • SO SO MUCH! As well as having exclusive Ports that you can’t visit in Hard Rock (such as Rome, Cairo, Tokyo) there are also a bunch more multiplayer games: Fringo, Omaha Poker, Keno, Liar’s Dice, and exclusive Slot Machines. Venues in Ports may look different, and the challenges available through Season Pass are flush with options. If you’re a big-time coin saver, you may even notice a set of Milestones after hitting all your Milestones. These are called CROWN LEVELS.
