My game of Hard Rock World Tour was changed to Seven Seas Casino because It said, “gambling games were illegal in Washington State”. But it’s the same game, just the name was changed. That was fine. What wasn’t fine was EVERYTHING I had purchased as a VIP, and earned was taken away, I had to start over, with the new name. Outfits, hair styles, accessories, coins, gems, tokens, points ALL disappeared. I had Started playing October 1st of 2022. I had played for over a year and a half. My VIP things were gone, my animals earned, cabins, etc. Why didn’t you transfer all that when you switched the name/game on me? It’s very disappointing to say the least. My Avatar name was Sapphire5. I would like for you to return ALL, I had aquired and make this right. Looking forward to hearing from you soon so I can continue your game. My new avatar name is Malihini.

@Malihini wow, never heard of that… find it hard to believe the washington state doesnt allow gambling, but pots legal… i was gonna say i live in GA and its still here. Guess that is something @MrWylde will have to answer. i would send them a help ticket, separate from here.

7 Seas Casino was released before Hard Rock World Tour and is a separate game, but this is correct. Hard Rock World Tour is not available in the state of Washington.
