i want to know how long does it usually take them to respond to the request. does anuone know?
We respond within 24 hours during our business hours. This would be 9AM to 5PM PST Monday through Friday.

if you send them a personal message with the SUBMIT a REQUEST button at top right, they were personally respond within the day to your personal email… on the public help page, anyone of us will try to help you.
I have submitted several requests about not being able to get on 7 seas through Duck Duck Go. I was getting on for several months and now they want p/w and e-mail and it won’t take my e-mail either one. no problem with firefox just DDG. would appreciate an answer. TY
