joe what milestones are you talking about that you want passes from… the ones you get for VIP ,under challenges, under the perks tab, then the lifetime perks, you get on the first day of the new month. same with the seasons vault earnings… all of that comes on the first day of the new month. but other then that, i am not sure what passes you mean.

after you finish you ms you get your reward i did not get my passes

Is it a reward from the milestone itself ? it would be automatically added … so i think im at ms. 108… if i get to 109 i get 1700 gems, it would be added automatically. is that what you mean? i have never seen myself NOT get something. but its a holiday, hold out and i am sure they will be back monday to answer you.

they may have been off for the holidays… or limited stuaff… its not a huge company. Give them time to catch up. I am sure they will see this message and all of your emails!!! :wink:

Correct, our staff was out of office for the holiday. We’re getting caught up on requests from the past few days.
