I seem to have lost my Jenny007 signing in

I can not get back to Jenny007 account. This account is a VIP and you have charged my cc. Great if I could play as Jenny007. I play as a guest as LouLou007. Use to play HR so I have ended up with 2 avatars. I am losing everything everyday when I can not get onto 7Seas.

Please fix for me.
