I don’t think you can. but you can submit a personal message to the employees.. by using the submit button at top right.
We do not have the ability to transfer items between accounts.
We also do not have the ability to combine accounts.

i would use the submit a request button above, it goes to the employees of flowplay and not the open forum. but you are right, if i click on you, you are blocked..
