@judy2022 you need to send a private email to the SUBMIT A request button at the top right button. This area here is an open forum for players and 7seas/flowplay employees alike. so everyone can see your info.
also since its a smaller company, They are probably just coming back from vacation and playing catch up, so just give them time to do so. Hope this helps. BB
