All my charms disappeared overnight. Why ? I had thousands of charms.

@kcudnaf that would be almost impossible. BUT use the submit a request button at top right to send them info privately. One thing you can do is go to your charm settings and remove the AUTO .. if its on auto it eats them up in seconds.. if AUTO is OFF, you can choose up to 4 you want to use..
