had to log out mid game of bingo, (before any claims had been made) usually this isnt a problem and i usually get an instant message to say ive been given a refund not lately though this is about 3rd time this has happened without a refund, so has the refunds stopped. Sometimes i have to log out for work purposes (being spied on lol) and come back as soon as the threat has gone to get coffee lol. Will have to be more careful about starting a game now if my money is just wasted 
that refund was a big help.
in Bingo and (Blackjack, Dragon Mahjong,Solitaire,3 Card Poker,and Fringo), if a game fails or is interrupted before completion, your wager is returned automatically. If you start a game, but do not finish it - incomplete, it is logged by the system. Site counts them from the beginning of month. All incomplete games are compensated at first, but soon replacement is limited to games that are 50% or less complete. If you have too many failed/incomplete games, the system will stop replacing coins altogether.
thanks for the info, would have been nice to know that before hand as it seems iv e lost the privilege that im guessing i wont get back.
tonight i wrote down all my coin, gem, passes and fish chips on paper before i collect everything in the morning being 6/01/26. wish me luck on vip rewards ect…lol

yes im starting to keep logs now its getting weird when you log in and something is definitely off but no proof and the system apparently is so infallible that we are just mere mortals wasting the time of the game gods with our imaginative complaints lol wish you luck with all your upgrades mike
