When I sign in a 2nd time in the same day my coins are less. This happens all the time. I have sent in many many many tickets about this but it still continues to happen. Why???

I played Cha Ching this morning and never received my winning coins…Please check and add my coins.Also I notice when I play Bingo the winners never show up when they win on some of the games and the game ends.

All Bingo wins are paid out the moment you hit the Bingo button for a valid win. If you’re not hitting the Bingo button, the game won’t pay out. If you are hitting it, and you have a Bingo, the Coins are awarded at that instant. If you’re looking for your Coin total to go up at the end of the Bingo session, by then you’ve already collected your Coins and won’t see anything happen. Since Bingo doesn’t fail to pay out correctly, it is likely one of those reasons.
The issue of not seeing the winners listed can be related to lag or connection issues. You would need to try the steps listed in this article:

Why do you keep taking coins from me??? Don’t say it’s my computer because this is happening to others. It happens when I sign in a 2nd time in the same day. Getting tired of this scenario all the time. Fix it!!!

How are you losing coins? do you jot down what your amount is at night and then in the am they are gone?

The same thing is happening to me only with Charms. I look at my charm inventory before hosting a party and after the party to see that I only got 20 of the 25 charms that I was supposed to get. This has happened 3 times. No telling how many times this has happened before I noticed. These were 500 and 450 charm entry parties. I pay a lot of money to get the Gems to play these games, I expect to be given what I paid for. Please resolve this as soon as possible. I also think that I should warn other players to carefully watch their inventory as well as this could be happening to them as well.

texas hold’em doesn’t show my winnings for the day. i’ll start the day with 1.1 billion for the weekly leaderboard and win 200 million and the weekly leaderboard will be correct saying i now have 1.3 billion for the week but the daily leaderboard will say i haven’t won a dime on daily leaderboard when clearly i’ve won 200 million. sometimes it will update correctly before midnight and people ask how did i win 200 million since they just checked the leaderboard minutes ago. idk why this has been happening to me for about a month off and on but wish 7seas would look into it
@Silvio72 , it wont just add your wins.. it will take in to account any of your losses… a lot of times, on slots, i win, but lets say i did a 10 million bet 10 times before winning a BIG amount, it will take into acct. how much i lost before giving me that big win… if that makes sense.
This doesn’t seem to happen to me, and lately I’ve been signing in and out multiple times per day, up to four or five times per day.
