I haven’t received coins and charms from the aquarium. The site goes black and when I reboot my opportunity to receive coins and charms is not available. This has happened the past two times I have tried to collect. What’s happening and how do I get my coins and charms?

All of the rewards from the Treasure Aquarium are handled on the 7 Seas Casino servers. If the screen goes black while collecting, the rewards would still be added to your account. You can try the steps in this article to help with getting a black screen:

I too have a similar problem. I click on the time for the fish (lets say a marshmallow)… then go fishing … click on the marshmallow and the fish appears … it may get 4 points … but I never receive the points … I complained but it looks like they bared me from getting gems as I haven’t received any since my complain and I know they haven’t fixed it … I am still having the same problem after 6 weeks

The points are the experience points for that type of fish, when you get enough, you can advance it to the next level. The treasure you collect in the Aquarium is totally separate, you collect that a couple of times a day from INSIDE the Aquarium.
