Good Morning, On October 19 at 11:45 am I played Cosmic Chaos and Gone Fishing and did not receive my winnings. Earlier I had played Black Jack and did receive my winnings.

you would have to send a private message to them, at the SUBMIT A REQUEST button at top right. that way it goes directly to staff and they can respond privately to you thru email. This forum is run by staff but also by us players, so they won’t see it here first .. also you probably got your winnings. they are determined while you are playing.. so you probably got them without knowing. Perfect example, when i am a 10 15 or 30 FREE spins mode, i get bored, so if its slots .. i go to the top and thumb through to see who the top player is. Many times, i will see me for a big win, and im talking billions and thats how i know those free spins are gonna pay out..
