It seems to me that when gems are featured as rewards for busting a party, the meter moves at about 1/100 of the rate it ordinarily moves. You have to spend FAR more gems to bust one of these parties than you receive when it finally does bust. Am I the only one who’s noticed this?
the computer moves so fast that it misses gems and freezes so often that it is unreliable and unpleasant to play. i have tried 3 different browsers and they all freeze . nortos privat browser also works but freezes les than google. i think they have too many customers to accomadate us.
oh yeah, and the higher the entry fee.. the slower it gets.. i havent really seen a good prize.. altho i think @Jaisy_n_Robert said, she won 10,000 gems last week at a party. not sure what the cost was to get in.
I noticed that, too. You can bet that party Jaisy went was more than I could afford!
it also runs slow on pet boxes for the dragon pets too. no guarantee it wont be some gems, but the meter runs so slow it takes a lot of gems to see what is in it, not worth all the gems to see most of the time is what i see going on…..i’m going to boycott those p
arty’s from now on until i hear there more fair
the party was a fully busted blitz Player, 4500 passes + 4500 gems, we got 100 gems out of 1 box and 10k out of another, I took a pic of the 10k gems, we were pretty shocked and excited. You can see the pic on my profile. Nice to see you here, big hugs n good luck.
I figured it must have been a large buy-in! Thanks for the hugs–right back atcha, sis! Continued good luck to you, too!
Just to do the math, you spent 4,500 actual gems (minus PP’s) to get into the party, but how many gems were used to bust? Was it a low amount to make the 10K gems a happy win? or just a close break-even moment.
My experience was I threw a lot of charms after a pretty big buy-in (twice), and we didn’t even get to the first prize. It’s especially expensive when you’re stuck in a party where half the people aren’t throwing. I ended up leaving both times. A total waste except for the charms I got for attending.
Nash I go to big parties to get charms, not to win gems, it was a nice surprise to everyone to get 10k gems but that’s not why we went to the party. IF you go to parties hoping you’ll get enough gems back to make up for the gems you’re spending, you’ll be very disappointed. A happy win?? lol, most people are happy getting 1k or 2k gems back, 10k is surely a happy win. I did the math, basic 1st grade stuff, however that was not the point of the story, I mentioned the amount because Player123 commented that it must have been a big party and it was indeed.
