Are you seeing a decrease in party passes (or gems) from your balloons. Also if you’re playing in the slot tournaments are you paying attention to your payouts.
I have spoken to several players who suggest this is the case. Most of you have noticed the decrease in gems received once you complete your monthly challenges. Plus the slot tourney’s are not paying out as suggested. I have seen multiple TOURNEY’S that suggest 3 or 4th place should be receiving x and they are receiving less. This should only happen when the tourney receives less than 50 players.

Most of the time, what you win, is predetermined as you play. the spins are just the illusion of gambling. so at times your coin total is already added. it is like that for sea of riches as well. i dont do the slot tournaments, i never really liked it, but i do love the crew challenges. I have always gotten the gems, passes etc, before i click to accept them, i look at my current balance. i suggest sending a private request, (top right button) and showing them proof of what you are not recieving.
