At one time when you had a person blocked and tossed charms the blocked person did not receive the charms. Any chance of brining that back? Seems several have been reported and nothing has been done so at the least for those wishing to still try and have some fun and toss charms, can those blocked not receive those charms.

if its on deck or port, they can get charms you throw, BUT if you go a party they will them, but they will not see anything you type.. if its your party, i believe it will kick them out as the party starts.
