When a person is AFK do they still receive charms when tossed?

Yes AFK means that person has not touched their keyboard for 10 minutes. If their avis are at a party they will receive the charms tossed.

@TexasSkeeters sadly yes, but if you are the HOST of a party you have the ability to kick them loose… thats why a lot of them stay on deck etc. so they can collect free charms…
