Unable to get on website?

Every morning when I try to get on the website I am unable to do so. The green screen comes up. I ask to RELOAD but it just recycles to green screen time after time??? How do I fix this? I like 7 Seas. Roy9

I can get on 7Seas but I can get on Casino and any where else its just 7Seas. I pay monthly for this and have for years so this is very irritating. The help I get is clean the cache & cookies that does not help , I still can’t get on. It’s got to be on Flowplays end not mine
