Are guests real people within the games?

Are the players who have the name “guest” real people in the games? I have seen so many but wondering why they don’t have a unique name like others.

Guests are all real players. Guest accounts are just accounts that haven’t been saved yet.

I played as a guest for a few days, maybe even weeks, before committing… most of the players here won’t accept a friend frequest from a guest, especially because there are so many, and some with nothing notable on their profiles to distinquish themselves apart.

Thank you for your reply. I don’t accept friend requests from guest accounts. Hard to trust someone who doesn’t have a profile that has much in it.
