In Casino World, gems can be used to build your city. In 7 Seas, the only use of gems I see is to buy charms in a party. Am I missing something?

I don’t see that option. Do you have to use all your fishing chips first and then gems are an option?

Gems are the universally accepted payment for everything here. lol . They can be used for Party entry if you don’t have passes, to buy charms at parties, to buy clothes if you don’t have enough pink tokens and to upgrade fish if you don’t have enough blue tokens. One can never have too many gems lol. And yes it will use your pink or blue tokens first then use the difference in gems if you don’t have enough.

Gems are also needed to purchase 3 , 4 and 5 clover charms needed to super charge your gold coin mining totals. Most of those charms come from hosted parties. The rest of the charms are rewarded via FP, purchase individually, friends in private chat or public chat if in one of the common areas aboard the ship and several other ways I have not mentioned. I like playing the challenges and chatting with friends while lol mining for higher level charms.

If you select a fish ready to upgrade and don’t have enough Fishin’ Chips to do it, it will offer an alternative using Chips and Gems (provided you have enough of each).
