How To Update Your Payment Method

For active VIP subscriptions:

  1. Click the gear icon in the upper-right corner of the screen.
  2. Click on Settings.
  3. In the Account Settings, locate the Subscription section, and select Change Credit Card.
  4. From there you can change the Credit Card used to renew your membership.

Please note: If your subscription has been canceled, the option to update your credit card will not appear. You will need to purchase a new subscription once the current membership has expired. You’ll then be asked to choose your payment method.

IMPORTANT: A Pre-Paid card cannot be used for the monthly automatic renewals for a VIP subscription. If a Pre-Paid card is used, your payment will be unsuccessful, and you will have to cancel the membership and repurchase it.

Note: The system will bill your card $1 to make sure the new Credit Card information is valid and will then refund the $1 charge automatically.

Switching between a credit card and PayPal:

If you are looking to switch between a credit card and a PayPal account, you’ll need to cancel your current membership. Once the membership has expired, you can then purchase a new membership and select the payment method you prefer.

To remove or update the Quick Buy option:

If you need to update your Quick Buy option or want to switch to a new credit card, you will need to cancel the current Quick Buy option.

  1. Click the gear icon in the upper right corner of the screen.

  2. Click on Settings.

  3. In your Account Settings, click on the option to remove your Quick Buy option.

  4. Refresh 7 Seas Casino. This fully removes the old information.

Once 7 Seas Casino loads, you can then make a new purchase, and you will be asked to enter your credit card or PayPal information.
