Has something changed with recieving emails on games and things in general? I used to get an email at least once a day about slots or games and now just once in awhile I’ll receive an email that my balloon box is ready or my fishing box is ready. My email has been verified and I’m a VIP member
Please click the “Submit a request” option at the top of the screen, and our Customer Support team can look into this for you.
you can also go to your top right of the game, the little cog button, (Next to your profile face) click on it, then click on settings, the last tab, is EMAIL AND SOCIAL, and see what you have you selected to get emails on… Hope this helps
I checked there thanks, everything is checked and my email was verified yet again. I’m sure everyone got an email regarding the gems for the parties today but I didn’t and only saw it when I clicked on games.
