We don’t have that information. Our teams have been meeting with PayPal to try to figure out what is going on and to resolve it as soon as possible.

So it’s the 1st of October and Paypal payments still not fixed. This time I have a message in my Inbox saying My VIP subscription has expired with a button to click on to “Renew Now”. Clicking on it brings up a page that has a button to click saying “Join”. It says nothing about renewing or paying for your ongoing VIP subscription. I didn’t want to do it because I was afraid the system would think I was a new VIP and take away the things I’ve earned as a VIP, coming up on my 5 year VIP member anniversary here in December this year.
I’m going to submit a ticket about this, but don’t even want to do challenges ATM, since my status right now is “tourist” and I don’t want to miss out on any VIP rewards on the road.
@Rare_Orchid i went to tourist, and someone paid my vip gifted to me this month.. in the meantime.. it was not til about10am, and i just checked, and its still showing my 40 months straight. (i missed 2 month about 3 yrs ago, at 1 and 1/2 yrs in, and had to start over.
Ty @Boom_Boom . I clicked on the “Buy VIP” button at the top of the main page and was able to put in my debit card info, and got the message that I’m now a VIP. All the perks I’ve earned over the years appear to still be in place
