Our port is not working and I just got told Casino World got gem code, anyone else see a problem?
I heard about the code, apparently it was sent to some people as part of a survey, but they posted it on the forum so more took it, has only happened twice so dont think its a regular thing or was meant for everyone. If i hear more i’ll let you know, if your port is not working submit a request the more they know about the issue the better good luck
I sent in a request and explained. Even tried logging off and clearing cashe memory, didn’t help.
It may take a few hours to fix with all the issues this morning just keep heading back there and see if it works for you throughout the day hopefully we’ll get an update from samantha soon
Click on Neptune first and he will work and collect starfish , seahorse before clicking the big ball because its the ball causing the issue, i had a response saying its resolved but its actually not so waiting to find out if we have to just deal with this for the duration of atlantis, will update when i know more
Just got a response, apparently atlantis is only here for a couple days so they arent fixing it, so follow instructions i posted above thats best we can get for now
i did not see gem codes at CW.. i think someone was reading all messages on their forum board, and they are coming up again at top of topics..
i got 6 gems out of the bubbly dude…
I was able to collect the critters after I clicked on Neptune. The time machine still doesn’t work.
They emailed me and said they probably arent fixing it so no green ball this time around just dont click on that first and rest should be ok

aghhh those damn pirates
thank you @PoisonRose for the info, I clicked on the ball and couldn’t collect the starfish and seahorses, had to go to deck and then go back to Atlantis. Not a big deal but, it’s frustrating when things don’t work properly and you don’t know what’s going on.
