How do you change your relationship status in your profile on the game?

Your spouse would also have to play 7 Seas Casino. You go to their Profile and click Send Proposal under the avatar’s picture. Your spouse then receives the proposal and accepts it.

@Samantha , awhile back a person here who I’d never seen or spoken to, sent me a Friend Request, proposal, engagement ring, and wedding ring 
I sent back a message saying I wouldn’t even accept a Friend Request from a player I’d never met, seen at a party or anywhere else on the ship, or ever even spoken to; and certainly wouldn’t accept engagement and marriage to someone I don’t know at all. Then I blocked them.
I deleted the rings and Inbox messages, but now I still have a box on my profile that says View Proposals. I didn’t want to click on it, since I wasn’t sure whether or not I could delete the information that will display if I do.
Please let me know if I can click on it and then delete it. Thank you.

When you click View Proposals, this just gives you the option to approve or reject them. The only information that shows in this section is your Spouse if you approve a proposal.
