I just ran into this issue on CW and now I find it’s happening here too. This started today just before 5PM Eastern time. The usual collection times for TB’s after the VIP Reward Road 200% Speedup is effective are: Brown - 10 minutes; Blue - 1 hr; Gold - 2 hrs; Purple - 4 hrs. S
However, something has made the system go crazy today, and players are getting all manner of different collection times when they’ve opened a TB and go to select their next one. Here’s what I got when I just did that.
Since then I’ve opened a 2nd TB on CW, and the collection times showing in my next box choices were completely different from the previous ones.

Orchid got much weirder times than me think mine were all 10 minutes added but this is definitely the twilight zone

Is this a permanent change??? or just temporary it really takes away from the vip reduced time balloon boxes we have come to enjoy. hmm dont like it feels like we are being cheated ready for the crew spree 
bring it in now so the whining will be over by the time the boxing event starts a bit sneaky if you ask me. Stop fixing things that werent broke and fix the other stuff this just seems so pointless. and everyone getting different timeframes ludicrous.

One of my crew members on CW asked Live Chat this evening about the changes in the TB’s collection times. She posted what they told her on our crew board. They said it’s a new feature that’s supposed to offer us better prizes. Live Chat also said they’re going to try it for a month and then ask us whether we prefer the new variable timing or the way it was before.
It’s gonna be a beotch, but I’m planning to keep detailed records for a month of my boxes wait times versus the prizes I get from them. Right now I’m not liking it too much because it will be much harder to keep track of opening times, but I guess we’ll have to see if the prize increases are worth the trouble.
