I was very lucky and had someone buy me a month of membership (my first ever VIP) does that mean i’ve lost my free month? when i try to buy the first month free it asks for the 19.99 fee. or is that standard that you pay 19.99 and get 2 months of membership?

got my new membership today so yes i get a free month then pay for the next

@Samantha question to follow on from above please, my membership that was bought for me started in the middle of the month on the 14th i believe, when that ended i renewed membership getting the free month which was great but now had a notification that ends on the 31st of this month which only gave me 2 weeks of free membership. so my next one that i pay for will that not go from the 14th or is standard always 1st of the month regardless of when you start during the month. thankyou as always for your help
When you purchase the VIP membership, it will last until the last day of the month. If you keep your subscription, it will renew on the first day of every month.

@PoisonRose , sorry you had to learn that the hard way. yes you joined in the middle, but you did get all the rewards for the month.. so it will automatically renew on sept 1st. (unless you don’t have a payment set up)
