As someone who hosts and plays here all day and night everyday for the last 2 years I feel my opinion should be worth something to the powers that be. I hear the complaints and desires of the players on a regular basis and try to reach out to you to give you insight on what the players are feeling but it seems to fall on def ears. Longtime regulars are leaving , the people that are still here are bored and unhappy and don’t play as often. Most of the “new” avatars that you gain are just players with multiple avis that have been banned as their previous selves or are the known trouble makers here trying to fool people that they are someone new. Once again I would like to remind you of some of the top complaints.
We need New Ports
We need New Clothes more often in the deck shop and New Clothes in Old Ports when we have to revisit multiple times a year.
We need a better clothing designer ! It’s very dissapointing when we wait forever to get some new inventory and its not something most people want to wear because its ugly and unflattering. A lot of the womens clothing is unattractive but the mens clothing is even worse .
We need better rewards on the Crown levels , it’s a lot of time and expense to reach each new milestones with little reward for achieving it.
We are tired of cats and dogs as Pets , and most don’t even do anything or barely move. You have had some in the past that were great like the bulldog that lays down, the snowman that raises and lowers his hat, the xmas poodle that stands on his hind legs, the large dragons that blow smoke, etc. but the majority of the pets the past year are boring and lifeless.
We want double SORS prize day back at least once a month like it used to be. It’s the only time people have a chance of winning some extra party passes and blue chips . The cost of upgrading most the fish is astronomical and there is very little oppurtunity to get a decent amount of blue chips other than on double sors day.
We would love to be able to sell off unwanted inventory even if its only for coins or a handful of pink tokens in return. Honestly a lot of the stuff we would love to just delete even if we don’t get anything for it other than getting it out of our closets!
We don’t want anymore ugly masks as prizes in the ports, please give us something more practical even if its just a hat or pair of sunglasses, the best port prizes by far were the ones in Texas. Please make other ports prizes similar to that.
Consider giving a free months VIP membership to loyal players after a certain amount of consecutive paid play rather than giving a free month to “new accounts” that just take the rewards for the month then cancel ! Some type of reward should be given to loyal longtime players to show your appreciation and keep them happy.
It would also be nice to have bigger cabins for parties or maybe have the ship lounge and/or VIP Lounge have the ability to hold more than the standard 26 players for a party.
Fix the group gift sending options so the default is NO ONE and we can select the individual or group of friends we want to gift. Most people do not send their entire friends list a group gift and its too time consuming to uncheck hundreds of people to just send the gift to the ones you want. This is especially frustrating when you want to send one person a birthday cake and the group gift menu is the only place it is available. The group gift menu choices should be updated as well. we are bored of roses and bronze sors spins being the most econimcal choice for group gifting. Roses are not really appropriate to send to all and the bronze tokens are just boring. Put some candy or something more universally liked for the lower price tier on group gifts please .
And to give credit where credit is due :
You have been doing a great job on giving us new party charms to use more frequently in the cabins , but how about making them available in the lounges as well.
The party meter pets have been a big success and enjoyed by all.
