Are you asking about the pink tokens or the party passes? The pink tokens are used to purchase outfits in the deck shop and ports. The passes pay your entry fee to buster and grab and go parties.

fishing chips are used to upgrade the fish in the aquarium, the more you upgrade the fish the more coins, gems, charms and passes you get from the treasure aquarium every 12 hours.

When you login click on Cruise on the main menu, then click on Treasure Aquarium bottom right corner, click on the ship (treasure fishing) bottom right corner. If you haven’t caught any fish yet, click on 1 of the 4 baits and wait the amount of time then go back and collect the fish. If any of the fish needs upgrading look at the top of the screen, STAMP BOOK, click on that and upgrade the fish. hope this helps.
